Back home in Germany.
Back to family.
Back to business.
My "real world job" claims all the time.
First IBM internal draft of the book got published.
Jetlag degrades now....
... but read the whole story:
Could not get any sleep on the flight (as usual) and had a Russian sitting next to me drinking Vodka for the whole night every 30 minutes. I was back on Saturday noon in
Muenster airport. My wife and kids were there to take me back home. The rest of the day the kids had so many funny and nice ideas and we played the whole afternoon. After dinner I went to bed trying to get some sleep. I think 4 hours from 1am to 5am .... So Sunday began very tired. German breakfast. Rolls! Great. All the things I like for breakfast. Noon: Barbecue. And all the day in the backyard playing with the kids.
Next night: Again 4 hours. Monday I went back to the customer project I left before the Residency. Some trouble to get things done, project needs some rearrangements. All schedules are shifted.
Rest of the week needed to get the project back on the track and getting things done. Really few sleep at night, but last night to Friday I'm back to my usual 6 to 7 hours.
